This Teststand can simulate actual engine torque pulsation with high bandwidth vector inverter and low inertia AC servo motor.
It is good for rotation object endurance or performance test such as auxuary parts of engine or power train.

Motor Simulator can simulate actual motor then test inverter of HEV/EV without motor. It is suitable for inspection at end of line.

Battery Simulator can be used with motor high-speed bench. It can simulate Battery voltage or current trangently then can supply power to HEV/EV inverter. It is also used as Battery Tester.

It has been developed with low inertia motor and high bandwidth inverter and mechanical design.
It can test high speed object directly without mechanical gear.

We can run teststand whose rated speed is 15,000 rpm with below 10 rpm.
It can run the motor smoothly then good for gear engage test or measuring IPM motor cogging torque.

It is corraboration technology between torque pulsation control and fine instrumentation tech.
This technology can compensate engine pulsation torque or IPM cogging torque then keep flat speed.
